Inspired by the beautiful Vanessa Ives of Penny Dreadful & Victorian mourning gowns, the Vanessa Mesh Gown is the goth bride's dream!! This is the first design for the 'Til Death Do Us Part' Collection.
The mesh version can be customized with a plain or button & lace trim v-neck, ruffled (as seen in these photos) or straight hem skirt, and with & without train. The sleeves have gathers at the shoulder and the ruffled trim along the bodice is my favorite detail. The beautiful ruffled collar has a velvet bow at the center front. There is an invisible zipper and fully functional black buttons on top of the zipper. I highly recommend using a crochet hook to make buttoning/unbuttoning easier. Although the gown stretches, the zipper has been added to prevent any damage to your hair & makeup. The entire gown is made of a high quality mesh that stretches so you will feel comfortable and look absolutely stunning all at once.
This gown is designed for the alternative bride on a budget but can be worn for any occasion, not just for your wedding day. The Vanessa Gown is also available in chantilly lace.
