This year you are going to learn how to sew your own clothing with me. Before you begin your sewing journey, you’ll need the right tools. I’m so excited to offer my first custom-printed fabric and entirely handmade pincushion. Made without glue (like most commercial pincushions). Each piece is machine sewn for durability.
Materials
100% cotton
100% Shoddy filling from FabScrap (fabric scraps)
Soft Knitted Elastic Strapping
Pincushion Size - Approximately 4” x 5” cotton with custom printed Pinhead on a dark gray front with solid black backside
Two Options:
Wrist - this band is available in two size ranges. Choose the measurement closest to your wrist measurement.
Sewing machine - this band is one size/length (approximately 11" - 12" length) that can easily be adjusted to fit most sewing machines by knotting the band. This band has a metal hook closure to secure the pincushion onto your sewing machine.
Please note: Pins are not included, but I recommend using Clover Silk Pins.
Preorder Production Timeline - Each pincushion is handmade-to-order by Christina, and will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. This custom designed fabric is ordered in small batches only, and will be available as made-to-order preorders until they sell out. Restocks will be announced based on demand to avoid overproduction.
