Terms of Service

Production

Every item is produced made-to-order in the order they were received, so please allow for the average number of weeks listed in the 'Before You Shop' website announcement for the garment to be completed before shipment.  Production times can vary between the volume of orders, so your order may be completed sooner than the time specified in our Terms of Service.  Delays are a normal occurrence. 

Please notify us immediately if your order is needed for a special occasion or specific date.  We highly recommend ordering in advance to allow enough time for delays on your made to order item(s).  Please understand that we do not have a huge warehouse or manufacturer.  Every item is produced by Christina and a small team of part-time Studio Assistants multi-tasking a variety of tasks.  We appreciate your business and support of our independent fashion brand.

You will not hear from us since we are a small team.  You can check the status of your order anytime by emailing us (including your order number) at support@agashishop.com for a production update.  Agashi sends out automatic emails when your order is placed and tracking info after your order has shipped.

 

Order Emails

Once you have placed an order you will receive two emails. One will be from our Payment Portal, which is our credit card payment gateways that details the amount your credit card will be charged, along with the order number. The other email will come from christina@agashishop.com, this email will detail your entire order with all the items and descriptions, and include special promotions and offers.

Please check your SPAM folder before emailing support, as your email provider may flag our invoice as spam due to the content. You can whitelist “christina@agashishop.com” for any future orders to prevent any accidental issues with your orders not going into your inbox.

 

Shipping

All Agashi items are shipped USPS.  We are not responsible for missing packages and will not replace lost items.  Products are only shipped to the shipping address used on your invoice.  We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or tracking packages sent to an incorrect address.  Please double-check that you use the correct address at checkout.  We will always ask to reconfirm your mailing address before we ship your order with your 'Behind the Seams' email.

Rush Orders: If you need the item rushed PLEASE send us a message before placing the order.  Only domestic US orders can be shipped express.  We will create a separate Paypal invoice with Express Shipping calculated for your order.  Tracking numbers are emailed separately with each order once it has been shipped.

For International Orders: Once the package has been shipped out, Agashi cannot promise or guarantee delivery dates due to customs etc. Agashi will always provide a tracking number to the email provided during checkout.  Agashi is not responsible for custom taxes on delivery.  If the package is returned to us for non-payment of custom taxes,  the customer will have to pay a second Shipping Fee to have it shipped out again.  

Payments

All payments are accepted through all major credit cards.

Refunds & Exchanges Policies

Agashi is entirely made-to-order especially for each customer and therefore unable to accept returns. We can only offer exchanges for major fit or construction issues, which is only approved at Christina's discretion.  Please refer to our size chart that is available under our FAQs & within the size chart tab of every product description.  If you are in-between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size down.

Agashi goes through an extensive quality control check of each item prior to shipping.  In the event of an item that arrives to you damaged or misrepresented from the product ordered, please contact support@agashishop.com immediately after you have received the order.

All sales are final. 

Additional Policies

Wholesale Orders: At this time, we are not accepting any wholesale inquiries.
