Agashi Shop Update: Payroll Week, Orders & Refunds

Agashi Shop Update: Payroll Week, Orders & Refunds

Hello my dear Agashi community,

I wanted to share a quick but heartfelt update as we move into this next chapter together.

Since November, I have been fully immersed in intensive training for my new full‑time career as a Payroll & HR Administrator. It has been an exciting, fulfilling, and very demanding season, and I want to sincerely apologize for how much this slowed my communication and production for Agashi. I know the quiet and delays have been frustrating, and I am deeply grateful for your patience and understanding.

The good news is that I am finally settling into a consistent weekly schedule with my payroll role, including predictable on‑cycle and off‑cycle processing weeks. This stability is allowing me to clearly map out my Agashi time for the next few months with intention and care.

What this means for your orders:

  • My goal is to complete and ship all remaining handmade orders between March and June (my birthday month!) 2026.

  • Each order is being personally reviewed and prioritized as I finish winding down handmade production.

  • Ready-to-ship items, including samples and merchandise, will be sent out within the next 1–2 weeks, with tracking confirmations emailed directly to customers.

  • I am continuing to happily offer and process full refunds at any time for any customer who prefers that option.

If you are requesting a refund:

To help me process your refund as quickly as possible, please include either your PayPal email address or your Venmo handle in your email when you reach out. This will greatly speed up the refunding process and allow me to take care of you promptly.

Next week is a payroll processing week for my day job, so I will be more focused on that, but I will continue catching up and chipping away at my Agashi email inbox as much as I can.

Agashi has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and I am so grateful to every single customer who trusted me with their creativity and their patience over the years. Your kindness and support have carried me through this transition more than you know.

I am ready to finally close this beautiful chapter of my maker life with integrity, gratitude, and deep appreciation for all of you.

With so much love and thanks,

Christina <3
