Terms of service

Production

Every item is produced made to order in the order they were received, so please allow an estimated 6 - 12 weeks for the garment to be completed before shipment. Production times can vary between the volume of orders, so your order may be completed sooner than the time specified in our terms of service. At this time, Christina & a small team of Studio Assistants cut, sew and gift wrap every order.  Delays in production can happen.  We do not have a huge warehouse or manufacturer. We appreciate your business and support of an independent fashion brand.

If you would like to know the status of your order at any time, you can email support@agashishop.com for a production update. Agashi sends out automatic emails when your order is placed, a note is placed on your order and when the order is sent out for delivery.

Order Emails

Once you have placed an order you will receive two emails. One will be from Stripe or Paypal, which are our credit card payment gateways that details the amount your credit card will be charged, along with the order number. The other email will come from christina@agashishop.com, this email will detail your entire order with all the items and descriptions.

Please check your SPAM folder before emailing support, as your email provider may flag our invoice as spam due to the content. You can whitelist “christina@agashishop.com” for any future orders to prevent any accidental issues with your orders not going into your inbox.

Agashi sends out automatic emails when your order is placed, Behind the Seams when your order is completed and a shipping notification with the tracking number.

Shipping

All Agashi items are shipped USPS. We are not responsible for missing packages and will not replace lost items. Products are only shipped to the shipping address used on your invoice. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or tracking packages sent to an incorrect address. Please double-check that you use the correct address at checkout.

Rush Orders: If you need the item rushed PLEASE send me a message before placing the order. There is a long queue of orders received but only domestic US orders can be shipped express. We will create a separate Paypal invoice with Express Shipping calculated for your rushed order. Tracking numbers are emailed separately with each order once it has been shipped.

For International Orders: Once the package has been shipped out, Agashi cannot promise or guarantee delivery dates due to customs etc. Agashi will always provide a tracking number.

Payments

All payments are accepted through all major credit cards.

Refunds

Agashi is unable to accept returns. We cannot offer exchanges if you purchase the incorrect size or change your mind. Please refer to our size chart that is available under our FAQs & within the size chart tab of every product description. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size down.

Agashi goes through an extensive quality control check of each item prior to shipping. In the event of an item that arrives to you damaged or misrepresented from the product ordered, please contact support@agashishop.com as soon as you receive the order.

All sales are final.

Models / Stylists / Photographers

Due to high demand, requests for collaborations will only be honored for guaranteed publication and/or established online magazines,blogs,etc. We require that you provide tear sheets or links to your professional portfolio including: the model, stylist, magazine, blogs. All inquiries should be sent to christina@agashishop.com for consideration. We are experiencing a high volume of requests so please be aware that only serious inquiries will be contacted.

There is only one sample of each piece made. Because of the time and money invested into each item, please understand that all collaborations must be booked well in advance of your scheduled project to guarantee availability.

Agashi does offer promotional gifting for select fashion bloggers & influencers.
