The Math Is Mathing: New Job, Refunds, and One Last Handmade Batch

Fall is officially here, which means it's Halloween season, the best time of the year! It feels like the perfect time for a fresh start, and I have some exciting news to share.
The past few months have been a whirlwind. I've been fully focused on my next career move: talking with recruiters, sending out dozens of applications, sitting through multiple rounds of interviews, negotiating offers, and even turning a few down. I was looking for the right fit for my payroll goals in accounting and finance, and I'm happy to say I found it!
I just finished my first week as a Payroll Administrator in my new role! It's fully onsite with a longer commute, but the growth in payroll accounting and finance is exactly what I was looking for, and the timing couldn't have been better.
I also want to be honest with you. I haven't been as responsive to emails and shop matters as you deserve, and I'm truly sorry for that. Between the job search, helping my old team with a smooth offboarding, going straight into my new job without any days off in between, I was running on empty and didn't have much left to give to anything else. Your patience and kindness through all of it have meant more than I can say.
Now for the news you've been waiting for: the final payout from my previous position arrives by mid-October, and it covers my entire refund budget. The math is mathing!
Here's what happens next:
1. Starting tomorrow and through the end of next week, I'll email everyone with a remaining order to confirm your email address. Please do not hesitate to email me at christina@agashishop.com with your preferred method of refund. I will be rounding all refunds up to the nearest whole dollar amount too. Hang tight while I catch up with all of you!!
2. You'll choose PayPal or Venmo, whichever is faster and easier for you.
3. Refunds will go out once my payout arrives in mid-October to end of October (pre-Halloween yay!)!!
4. For those of you who chose to stick with the last mini batch of handmade Agashi (the last for a while!), your orders will be finished before Halloween. I’ll send out details directly with these customers.
I know this has taken longer than planned, and I'm so grateful you've stuck with me while I settled into this new chapter. I can't wait to wrap up the old shop chapter the right way.
