Shop Update Part II: Still In Progress

Hi everyone, thank you so much for your continued patience. I want to be transparent with you, which is why I'm posting this update even though I don't yet have a full resolution to share.

I am still working through my inventory and order reconciliation before I can begin reaching out individually about shipping and refunds. I had hoped to be further along by now, but this past week required me to dedicate several after-hours evenings to some priority tasks at my day job that couldn't wait. Life has a way of doing that, and I appreciate you bearing with me through it.

The good news is that progress is being made, and I am working through my inbox in the most organized way I can. My inbox is pretty full at the moment, so I am tackling it in stages. I will be starting tomorrow, Sunday, May 31st, and will continue working through everything over the following weeks with a goal of being fully caught up by mid-June.

First, I'll be sending tracking confirmation emails to customers with merch orders ready to ship. These are the most straightforward to process and I want to get them on their way as quickly as possible. Next, I'll be following up with customers whose refunds have already been confirmed, so you can expect to hear from me soon if that's you. Finally, I'll be reaching out to remaining customers with the option to receive a refund, and I'll be confirming shipping timelines for the small group of customers waiting on finished handmade orders from the Agashi by Christina O collection.

A note on refunds: if you've been waiting and would prefer not to wait any longer, please don't hesitate to email me directly at christina@agashishop.com to request a refund. I am happy to process these as they come in. You don't need to wait for me to reach out first.

For refunds that have already been confirmed via email, as well as any new refund requests received going forward, I am scheduling payouts on a biweekly basis. You can expect refunds to be processed on the following dates:

• June 3rd
• June 17th
• July 1st
• July 15th
• July 29th (if needed)

If your refund has been confirmed, it will be processed on whichever of these dates comes next after confirmation. I will follow up with you directly once it has been issued.

Thank you again for your grace and understanding. Mid-June feels like a meaningful milestone to work toward (as my Birthday is on the 14th), and I am genuinely looking forward to bringing the Agashi by Christina O retirement to a close in a way that feels good for everyone. More updates to come!
